Terms and Conditions – 98pak Platform Rules and Policy

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 98pak platform — whether through a web browser, the 98pak mobile app, or any other method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all aspects of the platform including sports betting, casino games, live casino, the game lobby, bonus participation, and all account-related activity.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 98pak. Where these terms are silent on a particular matter, the relevant supplementary policy applies.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of someone else or using another person's account, you remain personally bound by these terms and you accept responsibility for ensuring that the account holder has also agreed to them.

2Eligibility

To register and use a 98pak account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 98pak does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and nominee accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on the 98pak platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, syndicate member, or proxy for any other individual or organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

98pak reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. If you cannot confirm your age satisfactorily, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals held pending verification.

3Account Registration

You may create only one account on 98pak. If you discover that you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your details change, you should update them via your account settings or by contacting support.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other account access detail with any third party. Any activity carried out using your login credentials — whether by you or by someone else who has obtained access — is your responsibility.

98pak may at any time require you to complete identity or payment verification. This is a standard process to protect your account and to ensure the integrity of the platform. Delays in providing requested documentation may result in temporary restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 98pak account are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied to your balance at any point. The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast typically reflect in your balance immediately. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. 98pak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

98pak does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which 98pak has no control.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is applied consistently.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

98pak processes withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Usually processed within a few hours of approval.
• Raast: Processed within the same business day in most cases.
• Bank Transfer: May take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Cards: Processing time varies by card issuer; typically two to five business days.

Withdrawals may be delayed or held if your account is pending verification, if there is an active investigation into your account, or if the withdrawal request has triggered a routine compliance review. In such cases, 98pak will notify you and aim to resolve the situation as promptly as possible.

98pak does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside 98pak's control and are your responsibility.

6Bonuses & Promotions

98pak offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 98pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been activated and the wagering requirement is partially complete, the existing terms will generally be honoured unless there is evidence of abuse.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit, or systematically exploiting low-margin markets to meet wagering requirements — is a breach of these terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real money when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 98pak, including cricket, football, Esports, and all other markets available on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or bet edit option for a specific market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet and may vary based on your account history and VIP level.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that sport. For cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — reduced-over results are generally treated as valid where a Duckworth-Lewis result is declared.
• 98pak reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence that the outcome was known at the time of betting.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. There may be a short delay between a real-world event occurring and the market being updated. Bets placed during this delay are subject to review and may be voided at 98pak's discretion if the outcome was determined before the bet was processed.
• Multiple bets and accumulators are permitted. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included.

8Casino & Game Rules

All casino games and game lobby titles on 98pak are operated by certified third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and certified. Past results have no influence on future outcomes in any RNG-based game.

• Live casino games are streamed from real studios with live dealers. The results of live dealer games are final once the round is closed. Disputes relating to a specific round result must be raised within 24 hours via support, referencing the game name, table ID, and round number.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. 98pak is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on your device.
• Game malfunctions — including software errors or obvious display faults — void all pays and plays for the affected round. If you believe a malfunction has occurred, you should stop playing and contact support immediately.
• Jackpot prizes displayed on the game lobby are live values updated in real time. The jackpot amount shown at the time you start a round is not a guarantee; the prize displayed reflects the pool at the moment of display and may have been won by another player between the display refresh and your spin.
• Each game's RTP (Return to Player) and volatility rating are available on the game's information panel. These are long-run statistical averages and do not predict the outcome of individual sessions.

9Responsible Gaming

98pak is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. We offer a range of tools to help you manage your play and keep it within comfortable limits. These tools are available in your account settings and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.

• Deposit Limits: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time reminder that alerts you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive promotional communications.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98pak. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing mistake for financial gain. You are required to report any such error to support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, or sharing information about your hand or position in real-time with any third party.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process transactions on behalf of any third party.
• Placing bets or wagers using funds that are not your own or that originate from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the 98pak platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing support staff or other players in any communication channel.

11Account Suspension & Closure

98pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify identity or age, and self-exclusion requests from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. 98pak will communicate the reason for closure where it is able to do so without compromising an ongoing investigation.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily and have a positive real-money balance with no outstanding wagering requirements, that balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period — defined as no login, deposit, or gameplay for twelve consecutive months — may be marked as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable maintenance fee, will be communicated to you at the time your account is flagged as dormant.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 98pak platform — including but not limited to the 98pak name, logo, game assets, interface design, written content, and software — is the property of 98pak or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from 98pak.

Game content displayed within the game lobby is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to 98pak for display on the platform. Any unauthorised use of game assets is a breach of both these terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant provider.

13Limitation of Liability

98pak provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate pricing, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pak's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. 98pak is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of opportunity, or any losses arising from connectivity failures on your side.

98pak is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited by local law. The responsibility for determining the legality of your use rests with you.

14Changes to These Terms

98pak may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders via the contact method on file and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Minor amendments — such as clarifications that do not change the substance of any condition — may be made without individual notification.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Any bets or wagers already placed before the effective date of an amendment will be settled under the terms in force at the time of placement.
